Summer Fruit Fun!

Try these delicious Kiwi Pops for a refreshing way to get your vitamin C during this summer heat.

DID YOU KNOW? Kiwi contains 273% Vitamin C, 6% calcium and 3% iron per serving! They contain 87% carbohydrates - the fuel our bodies run on each day, and they have the perfect amount of protein at 6% and fat is 7%. Plant foods are made in just the right proportions for our bodies to use and they taste fabulous too!

RECIPE:

In a blender, blend up 10-12 Kiwi until smooth.

In a popcicle mold, place 1 thick slice of kiwi in the bottom with the popcicle stick attached and fill the remainder of the mold up with the blended kiwi. Freeze for several hours, until firm. Run under warm water until they release from the molds and enjoy!
